complaints and suggestions. Microsoft finally come up with a Flagship
CRM which satisfies requirements for each and every type of Customers.
May
be a customer require a plain Vanilla version, or need a extendability
along with the core features of CRM, or Need a Custom web based
Application, with the advantages of Microsoft Server Platform,
Integration with AD, MS Office and other such applications.
Still the CRM 2013, ( Orion) is still in beta release, and final product will be delivered in first Quarter of 2014. There are lot more features which attracts a Normal user and it also give the feeling of authority along with ease of use to any business user. There are lot more controls in the hand of CRM Business user and less dependency on code developers.

The
beginning screen is quite clean and attractive. With more space for the
relevant data and screen less occupied by the menus and commands, users
certainly likes it. The Interactive Dashboards based on user roles,
integration with Skype and Yammer ( both owned by Microsoft). Skype is
used to direct call the person, it includes Voice and Video calls, group
calls based on the Skype Subscription. Yammer is known as corporate
Facebook, with various posting, activity feeds, Polls, posts on walls
etc. it enhance the basic of Customer relationship management.
Heart robbing is the Create Button, which is visible all through the Application ,So, no worry where you are, you have the option to create various records depends on the type of entity you are working in. Another feature is the Quick entry forms, which never waste your time to capture not so critical data, but insisting on to fill the most critical or mandatory data now and save the record. Which you can edit at a later stage. The auto save is another feature which impress me alot, and yes, its configurable so at later stage if you don't need it you can disable it.
